More and more women and girls are attracted to the plastic surgeon, beauty surgery. Women want to see younger and bautyful looking out of shape and sexy body, big breasts, stuffed and shaped lips, no hair on arms, legs and hips. Because, the sexy and stylish appearance makes women crazy!
Today's women think most of the sexy appearance of being satisfied with their beauty and above all to get attention for their beauty. So most choose beauty surgery or plastic surgery is "the unnatural beauty". Nowadays you will see women on TV, newspapers, on the web and in reality quite got and not a dirty noticed. This has become "usual" among people. Women who want to be and see younger select beauty operations although there are many different creams for wrinkles and to make skin soft and to see younger. But the easiest and quickest way is to make opreationer.
Beauty companies want to get more young girls to make beauty operations, why do they advertise, and who is the mutar for advertising? artists and famous idols. It is up to the beauty company that puts out advertising on the web. It is also young girls who are dissatisfied with their appearance, which enlarges the breasts or liposuction.
We can choose for ourselves the natural beauty or unnatural beauty. the most important thing is to have confidence and be satisfied with ourselves!!!

This is an interesting topic that is widely debated nowadays. However your text is more of an argumentative article than a news story. In a news story you have to be objective, that is: you just state the facts, not your own opinion. Please check the news story we wrote in class and the other news stories I have posted.
Also check: women want to look younger.. makes women crazy.. so they choose..(I'm not sure of this part: "and not a dirty noticed"? Can you explain that more)...this is now common/normal..and to look younger..to have an operation..who enlarge..
