MY QUOTATION:
"When she´s such a lovely baby. You take your time, love. It´s chronic the way they boss you around in this place."
This quotation felt like a sense of a poem and I liked the sense of it was so good and well written.

sulky is "sittvagn"
but
to say something sulkily means that you are not happy, you are in a bad mood
Try to explain what the quote tells you as well :)
